The license subscription renewal must be paid within 45 days after the renewal date or a new license will need to be purchased. 

Includes the software installation provided as a downloadable file from our hosting server.  The software license will be sent in a separate email.

• The software may then be saved to a computer, USB memory stick or burned to a DVD.
• Download size is approximately 1 GB and may take up to 45 minutes depending upon your internet connection.

The Allison DOC® software suite of products includes several separate software programs including Allison DOC® Premium, Allison DOC® Premium (H 40/50 EP™), and Allison DOC® Fleets. Each software program requires a separate valid license to activate the product.

ALLISON DOC® FLEETS

Allison DOC® Fleets diagnostic tool is a scaled-down version of the Allison DOC® Premium diagnostic tool with a focus on distribution to National Account Fleets, municipalities, etc.

Allison DOC® Fleets is for any service location with an interest in performing fundamental diagnostics for Allison electronically-controlled commercial transmissions. 

Allison DOC® Fleets supports the 4th and 5th Generation TCMs (1000/2000, 3000/4000, TC10 and Off-Highway Product Families) with the latest features as well as legacy control systems (Pre-4th Generation 1000/2000, WTEC 2 and WTEC 3). The Allison DOC® Fleets product cannot connect to H 40/50 EP™ or CEC2 systems.

ALLISON DOC® FLEETS PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

• Monitors 1000/2000 and 3000/4000 Product Families Transmission Control Module (TCM) data:  Pre-4th Generation, WTEC 2 and WTEC 3, 4th Generation and 5th Generation
• Monitors TC10™ Transmission data

• SmartConnect for detecting the PC-to-vehicle translation device and communication link
• Communication troubleshooting wizard for those cases where the tool is unable to connect to a control module
• Allison DOC® Premium is compliant with applicable TMC Recommended Practices, SAE Standards, and CE Standards
